Scorpio Meats has export registration with the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS). We are Aus-Meat accredited, Halal Certified by the Islamic Society of Australia, registered with the Victorian Meat Authority (VMA) and is licensed to produce Certified Organic Product by Australian Certified Organic. We have a comprehensive Quality Manual encompassing full HACCAP analysis and monitoring.

Meat Processing Facility
Our processing facility is located in South Dandenong and has the equipment, capacity and capability to manufacture a full range of diced, minced or portion cut meats. We have extensive refrigeration facilities including blast freezers and equipment for pumping, vacuum massaging, forming and cooking of meat products. Scorpio Meats' specialised cooking equipment includes continuous spray friers, continuous water cooking, steam cooking and "sous vide" cooking.
