We are able to prepare all meat and poultry products to your exact requirements. We grind from 3mm to 20mm and offer batching and packaging to suit your process and formulas. We have modern, state of the art mincers and grinders and can prepare orders in large volume bulk shipments, or small size batch orders, including retail ready packs with customer labelling. We are able to minimise gristle content in any grind size of 5mm and smaller and we subject all products to stringent quality control and health checks as well as metal detection and X-Ray.
