Ground and Minced Meats
We are able to prepare all meat and poultry products to your exact requirement. We grind from 3mm to 20mm and offer batching and packaging to suit your process and formulas. Our list for ground meats includes beef, veal, lamb, mutton, pork, chicken, as well as combinations if required. We have modern, state of the art mincers and grinders and can prepare orders in large volume bulk shipments, or small sizes batch orders. Export, organic, and halal certified ground / minced meats are also prepared to order. We are able to minimise gristle content in any grind sizes of 5mm and smaller and we subject all products to stringent quality control and health checks as well as metal detection.
